Returns and service
Are you not completely satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That is annoying and we are going to do something about that.
DCM Benelux promises the following:
- 8 days reflection period, after receipt of your product.
- Want to exchange a product? After receipt, we will ship your new product the same day.
- Do you want your money Back? The amount will be refunded within 4 days after receipt.
- Is your product broken after 30 days? Then you have at least 2 years warranty on your product.
Can I return my DCM products?
Sure, you always have the right to return products within 8 days of receiving your order. Please note that this can only be done with products that are still in the unopened, undamaged packaging.
How does the return policy work at DCM?
If you want to return one or more products, you can use the return form. This form is always sent with the order confirmation immediately after placing your order.
Complete the return form and send it by email to our customerservice. We will then send you the return instructions as soon as possible. On the basis of the return instructions you can drop off your package at a parcel station.
Can I exchange a DCM product?
If you have ordered a wrong product, you can always exchange it. The fastest way to do this, is to order the right product in our webshop, and return the wrong product through the return process. That way you usually have the right product the next day.
What is the status of my return order?
Did you sent the return form to us? And did you not hear from us after 24 hours? Then something has probably gone wrong. Maybe the email was not sent correctly or ended up in our spam filter. In that case, contact us by phone so that we can see where things went wrong.
When can I expect my refund?
When your return shipment is delivered to us, it will be checked the same day. If everything is correct, we will prepare your refund and you will receive a credit invoice from us by email. You can then expect the refund within 4 days, on the bank account from which it was paid.
Exceptions
The products of DCM fall into the category with cosmetic products. This means that we can not accept opened or used packaging.
What do I do with damaged DCM products?
If products have been delivered that are damaged during transport, we will of course replace them. In that case, please contact our customer service so that we can help you immediately.
