Placing an order at DCM is very easy! We offer a wide range of payment methods, so you can use your preferred method of payment for your order.

How do I order products at DCM?

Placing an order at DCM is easy, following the next 3 steps:

  1. Look for the products that you want to order. Use the search button to find the products you are looking for. Put them in the shoppingcart using the cart-button. You are ready to shop for more products or to go to the orderpage.
  2. Do you already have an account? Placing an order is much easier and faster if you log in to your DCM account.

So, you do not have a DCM account yet? No problem, you can still order without an account, but we will need some extra information to process your order. We always advice to make an account, so you can always check back on your orders and your shopping cart. And it is very easy to set up an account.

  1. Choose one of our payment methods. You will then see a summary of your order. Is your order correct? Click on the payment button and choose the payment method that suits you best.

Congratulations! You have placed your order and will receive it within 1 or 2 weekdays.

Did you make a mistake in the order? If the order has not left our warehouse, you can adjust the order easily. But beware, our warehouse colleagues work very fast, so there is a chance that your order has already been shipped. Below you can find what to do in that situation.

Cancelling your DCM order

Having doubts about a certain colour or product of DCM? You can always cancel your order by sending us an email. Cancelling is only an option if the order has not yet been shipped.

If you van to make any chances to your order, for example the address or you want to add another product, our customer service can help you immediately. Give us a call at +31 (0) 475 – 350 450.

If your package has already been sent, please inform the postman that you do not want the package. When we have received the package again, we will contact you to find a solution. Cancelling your order is free of charge.

Returning your DCM order

Do you want to return your order, or a part of it? Sent us, within 30 days of the invoice date, the return form. We will contact you then to see how we can resolve this together with you. If we need you to return the products to us, please make sure they are in mint and original condition.

Refunds by DCM

As soon as we have processed your cancellation or your return to DCM, we will refund the purchase amount. How long it takes for the refund to appear on your account, depends on the method of payment, but it normally does not take more than 4 weekdays.
